The performance, directed by Katarzyna Minkowska, talks about a bad relationship between a mother and child. Is it possible to construct your own identity when one does not exist as an individual? Defining one’s subjectivity is possible only after separating from the mother through a symbolic act of matricide. Until we perform this act, we cannot be whole. The protagonist of the play faces the mother figure and the influence she has on his life.
