The production features a project supervised by Janusz Oprynski with a working title DOSTOYEVSKY.This performance presentation refers directly to the inspiration provided by the figures of “yurodivichs”, “mad saints”, “holy fools”. The notion of a phase shift with respect to the phenomenon of trance as cultural became the major principle in working with body and voice. The words linked directly with movement, resulting from the transformations of body constitute the central matter of the presentation. An actor/dancer becomes a kind of a lecturer and the production – an abstract lecture. Two books by Cezary Wodziński provide a starting point for the production which is dedicated to him.
